The customer can return the products if we mistakenly send the wrong products or products of poor quality. Returned products must be in perfect condition, sealed in their packaging, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that originally accompanied the product and must be in perfect condition.
Product return without obligation to explain. The customer has the right to return the products purchased at no cost and without having to explain the reason for their decision to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer will be charged the stated return cost.

Returns will only be accepted after inspection of the product to be returned. The product must be in the exact same condition in which it was delivered without the original packaging having been tampered with.
In all cases involving returns, it is the customer's responsibility to return all documentation accompanying the product intact and in perfect condition (e.g. Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt, marketing materials or any other promotional materials, etc.).
